April 7, 2004.   Prologix, Inc. announced today it has changed its name to Zafari, Inc™.

"As part of our constant refinement of our branding and marketing strategies, we felt it was important to adopt a corporate name more congruent with the new identity which we unveiled in 2003. Our new name – a play on the word ‘safari’ tying in with our award-winning zebra theme -- more accurately reflects our true focus of guiding businesses through the exciting, competitive, and often challenging process of carving out a successful position in the marketplace," remarked Pamela Cisneros, owner of the firm which recently relocated to Charleston, South Carolina from Denver.

Over the next several weeks, the new company website will become www.ZafariInc.com, and for all company email addresses, "name@prologix.com" will become "name@zafariinc.com." For continuity, the Prologix website (www.prologix.com) and corporate email addresses will, of course, continue to function indefinitely. The transition will have no impact on the company's provision of service to its clients.

"We're really excited to unveil our new corporate identity to the world," continued Ms. Cisneros. "We feel it strongly positions us to continue expanding to new arenas as a market leader."
